I was subscribing to the excellent ISL Online remote control software and contacted the UK distributor with a couple of questions. They professionally handled my query and offered me a discount if I bought directly. Because of their helpfulness and speedy replies, I was happy too.

What is an account opening form?
An Account Form is a document businesses use to gather essential information about new customers to set up their accounts. Details typically include:
